Hatch design:
The floor hatch of the “Prom” model consists of a hatch frame – a metal corner 50*50, a hatch cover – a profile pipe 30*20 and a smooth sheet of 3-4 mm. thick, 2-4 high-pressure gas shock absorbers, which are selected individually for the size of the hatch, key and latch lock and for closing/opening the hatch. The hatch is manufactured by welding, maintaining the most precise dimensions of the structure up to 1mm. The hatch is painted with anti-corrosion powder paint to avoid rust in a high humidity environment. To attach the hatch to the frame, special “ears” with holes with a diameter of 8 mm are welded. for fastening to the ceiling with anchors. The lid can be easily opened using a removable key and raised by shock absorbers; the hatch closes by pressing until the lock clicks into the lid.
